What are you PROGRAMMING yourself with??
I don't typically watch teLIEvision. There isn't anything I would consider uplifting or educational on there. Every once in awhile there is a good movie that comes out, like the Bollywood production 'PK'. I did really like the movie "Everything Everywhere All At Once" that came out recently as well, but most of the movies or teLIEvision programs' are pure garbage.
