Unveiling the Enigmatic H3o2: Exploring the Fourth State of Water

Tap water, rich in industrial and pharmaceutical pollutants is the worst way to hydrate. 

Recent research from Gerald Pollack's lab found that traditional medicine like turmeric, holy basil, and coconut water significantly increased structured water (the fourth state or H302) which is more beneficial to hydrate the Human Body Temple. 


Most water is H2O but groundbreaking research from Harvard and Cornell has found that water in our cells and plant cells is actually H3O2--- it is gel-like water charged by electrolytes. When touching most surfaces in the Body, water transforms into a so-called Exclusion Zone (EZ) water, whose formula is H3O2. EZ water differs in all respects from H2O. And, there is a lot of it, everywhere.


This gel water acts as fuel for every action of every cell says Dr. Gerald Pollack, Ph.D, head of University of Washington’s Pollack Water Lab and author of The Fourth Phase of Water (liquid, gas, solid and H3O2). While the science is complicated, it means that gel water is magical and primes our cells for every function. So increasing gel water is one of the best things to do for all healthy organ & joint function, sleeping, mood regulation and weight loss.


Here are some ways to build EZ (or exclusion water) in your Body Temple:

  1. Grounding : Walking barefoot on the ground helps recharge us as it has a negative charge, which means its full of electrons. When we walk barefoot on the Earth, we can absorb some of those electrons, which can help balance out the positive charge in our bodies. It's like a natural reset button that can leave us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. So go ahead and embrace the negative charge of the Earth!

  2. Sunshine: Sunshine is nature's energy boost! When we soak up those warm rays, our bodies produce vitamin D, which is a much needed vitamin. Plus sunlight can boost our mood and increase serotonin levels. It's a natural recharge for both our bodies and our spirits and it contains EZ!

  3. Drinking Green Juice: Dark leafy greens contain plant-cell water, which contain EZ. Add a Green smoothie to your daily routine!

  4. Sauna: Infrared light builds EZ

  5. Other foods or beverages that contain EZ: Coconut Water, Melons, Cucumbers, etc Eating a Live plant-based diet will keep your Body Temple rich in EZ and functioning optimally.
