Earth Hug Yoga: Embrace Nature's Energy and Connect with Your Inner Bliss

I had been in the fitness industry since my early twenties. You name the fitness class and most likely I had taught it at some point. Cycling, Weight Lifting, Bootcamp, Step Aerobics, Pilates, Aqua aerobics, Yoga, Tai Chi. I was always looking to take the next training and stay up to date on any new trends. I was a bit of what I would consider a fitness junkie back then. I taught three fitness classes most days and then would ride my road bike or run on the weekends. I thought pushing my body to extremes was the only way to maintain my slim physique and stay in good shape. I didn't stop for much or slow down. Faster and harder were my mottos.
