Advancement is recognized through lived embodiment, never self-declared.
Verification Requirements:

Manual Gate Rule:
It is confirmed through lived contribution and peer witness.
No algorithmic advancement.
Advance requires live witness.
Revocation Clause:
If core protections are compromised, role or rank may be paused pending review.
MEDIATION FRAMEWORK
Stage 1 — Self Regulation
Return to personal stability before dialogue..
Stage 2 — Direct Dialogue
Two parties. Clear language. No audience.
Stage 3 — Witnessed Dialogue
One neutral peer present.
Stage 4 — Council Mediation
Structured intervention if if resolution has not occurred.
Stage 5 — Structural Decision
Role pause, responsibility shift, or clean exit.
Enforcement:
No mediation rulings issued during the Dark Moon unless immediate safety requires action.
