CHARTER AUTHORITY
Non-Negotiables
These elements cannot be amended without full structural review:
– Unconditional loving innerstanding
– No purchasable advancement
– Separation of character and contribution
– Lunar governance enforcement
– Integrity before expansion
– Clean exit rights
Editable Layers
These may evolve through structured review:
– Role definitions
– Contribution systems
– Template revisions
– Operational procedures
– Communication frameworks
Amendment Rule
Proposals enter during Waxing phase.
Witnessing occurs at Full Moon.
No amendments enacted during Dark Moon.
ROLE FUNCTIONS
Roles define responsibility, not status.
Core Role Types (adjust to your real structure):
– Steward (holds rhythm)
– Builder (executes structure)
– Mediator (holds conflict container)
– Witness (verifies integrity patterns)
Roles do not confer spiritual authority.
Roles can be rotated or paused.
No role is permanent.
Eligibility Rule:
Roles are invited, not claimed.
Peer witnessing required before appointment.
MEDIATION FRAMEWORK
Stage 1 — Self Regulation
Return to rhythm before dialogue.
Stage 2 — Direct Dialogue
Two parties. Clear language. No audience.
Stage 3 — Witnessed Dialogue
One neutral peer present.
Stage 4 — Council Mediation
Structured intervention if unresolved.
Stage 5 — Structural Decision
Role pause, responsibility shift, or clean exit.
Enforcement:
No mediation rulings issued during Dark Moon unless safety requires it.
RANK VERIFICATION (MANUAL GATES)
Principle:
Advancement is recognized, never requested.
Verification Requirements:
– Demonstrated nervous system stability
– Sustained contribution without burnout
– Peer trust confirmation
– Conflict response without escalation
Manual Gate Rule:
No automated rank promotions.
No algorithmic advancement.
Witness verification required.
Revocation Clause:
If behavior violates core protections, rank may be paused pending review.
BLOOM & GUILD SEPARATION
Definition:
Blooms measure character embodiment.
Guild Credits measure contribution action.
Integrity Rules:
– Blooms cannot be purchased
– Guild Credits do not advance rank
– Donation does not influence either
Purpose:
Prevents economic power from distorting leadership.
LUNAR ENFORCEMENT
Principle:
All structural changes defer to lunar rhythm.
Rules:
– No promotions during Dark Moon
– Full Moon is witnessing phase only
– Waning phase integrates feedback
– Urgency is not authority
If tension rises, responsibility reduces, not escalates.
TORCH TRANSFER
When a leader steps down:
– Responsibilities documented
– Successor witnessed before transition
– Overlap period if possible
– No vacuum handoffs
Transfer must occur in a visible, calm manner.
No silent authority shifts.
FAILURE SAFEGUARDS
If structure begins creating:
– Comparison pressure
– Hierarchy anxiety
– Spiritual performance
– Burnout patterns
Then review is triggered.
Safeguard Actions:
– Pause expansion
– Reduce complexity
– Re-center at Seed rhythm
– Conduct peer review
Structural health overrides growth goals.
CLEAN EXIT PATH
Members may leave at any time.
No explanation required.
If holding responsibility:
Transfer occurs before departure.
Donations are voluntary participation.
They do not create obligation.
Exit does not remove dignity.
Return is permitted.
