A Movement Practice on the Way of the Lotus Wiggle Giggle is a simple, body-based practice designed to release tension and restore rhythm. It combines shaking, stretching, breath, and laughter to help the nervous system reset. No choreography. No performance. Just movement. This guide introduces the practice in clear, practical steps. It can be used on its own or alongside the Innerstanding Curriculum as a way to pause, move, and return to steadiness. The 13-step format allows you to move gently and progressively, adapting the practice to your own pace and capacity. All ages. All abilities. The goal is not intensity. The goal is regulation. Move. Breathe. Laugh. Then carry on with more clarity.
