Guided to guide your self through Journaling and Practices to add to your Self Love Practice. **The Journal of Sevens** is a unique Journaling guide that invites you to explore the depths of your inner world and the world around you. Inspired by the wisdom shared by Sharon Dees, this program encourages you to engage in a daily journaling practice that is both reflective and transformative. Each day, you will create a list of seven words for each of the following subjects: Works, Release, Receive, Gratitude, and Unique. This practice is designed to help you identify what works for you, what you need to release, what you wish to receive, what you are grateful for, and what makes you unique. By writing, tearing up, and burning these lists, you will symbolically release old patterns and make space for new growth.
