The Cure for Urgency is "Becoming"


The Feeling:

We all know that tight, frantic feeling in the chest. The feeling that we are running out of time. The feeling that we need to force a result right now. We call this "hustle."


The Truth:

Ancient wisdom calls it "being out of phase."

I was reading a text on Kemetic timing, and it said something that stopped me cold:

"The moon does not respond to urgency. It responds to rhythm. If you feel rushed, you are out of phase."


When we act out of urgency, we are trying to force the fruit before the flower has bloomed. We are engaging in "personal improvisation" instead of trusting the collective rhythm.


The Shift:

The antidote to "Doing" isn't "Doing Nothing." It is "Becoming."


In the ancient view, you are not a static object that needs to be fixed. You are a Kheper (a being in constant evolution). You are always in the process of becoming the next version of yourself.


When you stop fighting the process, "the body stops fighting itself because it knows when to open and when to close".

Remind your cells: You don't have to force the finish line. You just have to move within the becoming.
